Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with a lovely ambiance in both the lobby and my room. The staff was attentive and helpful, making the experience enjoyable overall. The only downside was the lack of on-site fitness facilities, which required me to seek an option a few blocks away for an additional fee.
I had a wonderful stay at St. Charles Coach House in New Orleans! The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and cozy, which made for a very comfortable experience. I loved how helpful the staff was and how they went above and beyond to provide recommendations. The only downside was the lack of a microwave in the room, and they don't serve free breakfast, but the nearby restaurant they suggested was excellent anyway.
I just had a fantastic time at this beautiful hotel in New Orleans! It’s perfectly located in the Garden District, and the cozy room was spacious and clean. The staff were incredibly hospitable, making my stay feel special. I loved the breakfast baskets delivered every morning, although I’m looking forward to trying their restaurant once it opens next month. Unfortunately, my experience was marred a bit by a toilet issue, which couldn't be fixed during my stay, leading to a somewhat disappointing second day.
The hotel has an outstanding front desk team that truly enhances the guest experience. The location is superb, making it easy to explore nearby attractions via the trolley. However, the cleanliness in the rooms could be improved, and the breakfast experience didn't quite meet the expectations. Overall, the hotel shows great potential and provides good value for money.
Our stay at the St. Charles Coach House was truly delightful. The rooms were beautifully spacious and comfortable, making for a relaxing getaway. Leonce at the front desk really made an impression with his warm welcome and helpful recommendations for dining nearby. However, the limited breakfast options and some noise from housekeeping in the mornings were minor drawbacks during our visit. Overall, it was a great experience in a quiet and picturesque area.
